What is Awana?

Awana stands for "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed," 2 Timothy 2:15. Awana is a curriculum utilized by our church to disciple preschool & elementary age children. This curriculum centers on Scripture memorization and offers families the opportunity to have spiritual conversations at home as they assist their child in working through the material. The Awana night consists of three main components: Handbook time (recitation of verses), Counsel Time (Bible lesson), and Game time.

In-Person Awana Resumes Feb 3, 2021:

We need everyone interested in participating in Awana—whether in-person, or virtual—to register... even if you already registered in the fall. You don't have to pay if previously registered, but any one joining us for the first time this school-year, will need to pay the appropriate fees. (If you're not sure, you may select $0 and discuss with Shirley at Awana.)
