Submit Requests for Elder Prayer Retreat

How can we pray for you?

The Headwaters Church Elders will conduct their annual prayer retreat on Friday, July 17 and Saturday, July 18, and they invite you to submit your prayer requests to them over these preceding weeks.

At that retreat, each prayer request will be prayed over by each Elder during the retreat.

You can submit your prayer requests to the Elders three ways:

  1. Online. by filling out THIS FORM by July 16
  2. At Sunday Services.  3x5 cards and a submission box are located at the Welcome Center
  3. By Mail.  Mail by July 13 to: 1001 W. Wallen Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825
